The Free Medical Clinic provides preventative screenings, medical education, treatment for medical needs, and pastoral care to all qualified applicants, regardless of race, gender, or creed. Our outreach ministry focuses on the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our community.

• Resident of Sumter County between the ages of 19-64 (or limited prescription assistance for seniors over 65)
• Patients working or seeking employment.
• Patients are uninsured
• Provide income from entire household
